With this strong management background, Brett was then recruited to manage an upscale construction company working in Southern California coastal markets. While working with the many challenges involved with development, he soon determined that Real Estate was the next logical step in his career. Stacey Benotto was the co-founder of Patton & Benotto Investment Group, Inc and Beverly Hills Property Management for over a decade. The group owned, developed, and operated add-value commercial real estate; with an emphasis in multi-family. Stacey was the Broker of Record and oversaw acquisitions and operations. She devised the property turn-around plans, project managed, and oversaw day to day  management operations, accounting, and legal.
